My research focuses on the study of the baryonic components of galaxies as a means of placing constraints on galaxy evolution models. In addition I study the connection between galaxies and gas in the intergalactic medium. My work spans the wavelength range from UV to radio including both ground-based and space-based studies. Click here for more information about my research.

I have had the opportunity to get involved in several exciting teaching and outreach projects as well as teaching undergraduate and graduate courses here at GMU. Click here for a description of the education projects I have been involved with as well as links to course web pages.
