Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- At least 18 years of age by the first day of the internship
- Studying a STEM major
- Completion of a calculus-based, introductory physics (University Physics) sequence by the first day of the internship, but preference will be given to students who, by then, have taken a course in quantum mechanics, or have advanced computing and/or engineering skills. (junior- or senior-level standing preferred)
- Members of groups underrepresented in STEM disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply
